After the Thailand Beta Test service on January 24th, there have been continuous requests to expand the Beta Test regions. Even though we still need much improvement within the game, we thought that sharing the joy of playing PUBG LITE to more players would be the better choice.
So, we are pleased to announce that the PUBG LITE Beta Test will no longer be limited to Thailand but be available in nine more countries. Bangladesh, Brunei, Cambodia, Laos, and Myanmar have been added to the previously announced regions – Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines and Singapore.
What is PUBG LITE?
PUBG LITE is a free-to-play game service that has been adapted from the original PLAYERUNKNOWN’S BATTLEGROUNDS to be playable with low specification computers and laptops. Players who were previously unable to access the game due to the specification requirements will now be able to play PUBG through PUBG LITE with the thrill and experience of the original game. All players who downloaded PUBG LITE are welcome to enjoy the last-one-standing competitive survival battle.
In other news, players are required to register for a global account in order to freely enjoy PUBG LITE.
We will continue to improve the game to provide our players with better environment to experience the real Battle Royale through PUBG LITE.
