Thanks to the support of players, the Open Beta service of PUBG LITE was able to successfully begin on August 8. The update on August 22nd reflects many of the players’ requests since the Open Beta was launched.

The various opinions of our players are the most important in servicing the PUBG LITE and our teams will work to actively implement your opinions and feedbacks to our updates. Our dev team will do our best to prioritize players’ satisfaction for the PUBG LITE service.

We look forward to your continued support and interest in PUBG LITE.

New System Update

1. In the FPP mode, the driving perspective automatically changed to TPP but as many of our players requested this feature will be updated to maintain the FPP perspective while driving.

  • Implementing FPP when driving in FPP mode

2. Now you can defeat your enemy even with one Gas Can. “Be careful when you are around a Gas Can, it can now explode!”

  • Gas Can explosion system
    •  Features
      • Added strategic elements to the Gas Can, an item that used to be a consumable item
      • As soon as Gas Can explodes, players in the radius of the explosion will take damage
      • Depending on the distance from the radius of the explosion, the damage taken will differ
      • Keep in mind that you and your teammates may take damage if you stand too close to the explosion. Be cautious!
    • How to Use
      • Damage a Gas Can on the ground with bullets or throwables, which will cause it to explode and deal damage to those close by.
      • Each Gas Can will now display individually in the inventory when players have more than one Gas Can to reduce confusion, as dropping multiple Gas Cans will not multiply the damage.
    • Example

3. This patch unveils a new Account Leveling System.

Players can receive EXP from each gameplay and this EXP can raise your account level. Unlike the Survivor points that were explained earlier in the August 8 updateplayer’s level  will not be reset.

  • New out-game system: Account Leveling System
    • Separate EXPs will be earned after each gameplay and players can raise their account levels with the earned EXPs.
    • This data will not be initialized.
    • Players can earn rewards for each level.

Enjoy the challenge against yourself to become a better player with the new Account Leveling System. Players can additionally receive rewards for reaching certain levels as shown above.
